This routine sounds amazing. You paint a creative, cozy, and productive picture with plenty of self-care and time for loved ones.
I'm finding that I write my best when it's dark outside. I've done the 4am alarm as well as the 2am bedtime just to squeeze it in. Neither method was sustainable.
I struggle with burning the candle at both ends. And I definitely agree that sacrificing sleep is detrimental.
